Pre-Installation Requirements: Replace all seals. G5 07-10 Lever; black, opt DC8, SD, R. Fill trans with manufacture specified fluid. Adjust throttle position sensor cable.

Replace thermostat gasket. A commercial address is NOT required. Engines are guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking. Install new filter kit.

Install new spark plugs wires. Install new belts and hoses. If needed replace timing gears, chains, or belts gaskets. Clear all transmission computer codes prior to starting or operating the vehicle.

Replace valve cover gaskets. Flush and inspect cooling lines. Flush cooling system and re-fill. PURSUIT 05-06 Lever; black, opt DC8, SD, R.

Align and engage torque converter into the front pump. Replace oil, air, and fuel filters. Pre-Installation Requirements: Drain and replace engine oils to manufacture suggested levels. COBALT 05-10 Lever; black, opt DC8, SD, R.
