I had this on a 68' Deville convertible that once owned. If I can test the operation of item, will note that in.

It has minor scratches on the outside edge and slight pitting mounting post.

Note: as nos item does not classify the a completely unblemished, in perfect condition brand new.

Comes in an original Gm box for the exact part see pictures but does not include mounting set screw or adjuster retaining nut.
