I would think that the reflective glass could be replaced without much trouble. It appears that someone has intentionally scratched the mirror.

Pretty nice old driver side door mount mirror from a 1971 Pontiac le mans. There is minor pitting. The metal is in pretty good condition.

The glass mirror is another story.
