To me it looks like it is from the late 60s early 70S. Here is a vintage mirror. To me it looks like some thing that would fit on a Pinto or 70S Mustang.

There are casting numbers in the base numbers 13 mx. The chrome is in rather good shape but there is one little spot that the chrome has rubbed off.
