I don't have the gasket. Nice driver quality. Part number stamped on the bottom of base is includes bracket and screws. Chrome shows light signs of wear and age.

Mirror glass is used, but usable. Date code on the mirror glass is dim-2-61. I got this loose and do not know anything about it.
