I may think this part is really nice or in exceptional condition but that's my perspective. While these are 50 year old parts the vast majority of them have been stored away inside since early to Midas so they will fared better than most.
I may have looked at dozens of broken original parts and know its difficult to find a good one that is not. Very nice original passenger side mirror ready for restoration, its been stored inside since the mid so weathered much less than most.
