This is a new old stock Gm mirror with no defects. I have seen similar ones on Pontiac Bonneville and Chevy Caprice impala but cannot confirm. Glass has no issues and cable still works. This has never been installed.

Part numbers I listed are cast inside the base. Glass is etched c-ax this not boxed.
