The chrome is very good with some light pinprick pitting, mostly on stand. The head is stainless steel with a chrome frame perfect ribs on inside of hood. The glass mirror is tinted, non-glare and in excellent condition still comes with original mounting bracket Lincoln Mercury hooded outside rearview bv17743-a. Minor scratch or two and some residue from a sticker.
