Hardware pack was open. There is a wire going to the mirror, I see an amber lamp, so that one electrically supplied item. No instruction sheet so I cannot say for sure if this kit is complete or not. As there is no paperwork I do not know if the mirror has other features like a heated lenses of some sort powered motion.
