I can see that the plastic collar ring is split in two places pencil pointing at. These are very rare to find in any shape.

Some white paint in several of the grooves that easily comes off with steel wool. Pulled and stored in a home decades ago.

No key included but any competent locksmith can make one for you. The chrome is in very good condition with no pits on it anywhere front or back.
