Nos 1963 in a mercury box front left fender remote mirror kit, these kits were sold in Ford and mercury boxes the numbers are the same except Ford were ae and mercury are my, it has a template to install on a Galaxie Monterey, a Comet Falcon, and Fairlane meteor it's complete with all the mounting hardware, except the black base gasket was missing so I added a used one.
