New old stock, oem Ford part. This has the remote control lever toggle switch as well that mounts on the inside interior door panel. For the four door Lincoln town car, left hand side LHS, drivers' side. This is the heated mirror with the connector but I would think it would work on cars without the heat option as well as the housing and the rest of it is the same.

For the model's. New in the box. Has a couple light marks on the mirror housing from the box rubbing on it over the years, but nothing serious.
