I identified it as a 1968 based on other listings and sites, may fit model 's, well, but don't know. The chrome is nice, but there are some scratches and normal wear.

The mirror has number jc and d60289 401 on its underside, interior mount d60239432 2 it. The unit is in good condition and works when stick moved.

The mirror has some scratches. The interior mount part has some scratches, and it looks like there is a missing by joystick but i'm not sure.
